Weldment Profiles have been developed for AUSTRALIA, UNITED STATES, CANADA, EUROPE, SOUTH AFRICA, UNITED KINGDOM and INDIA. Our weldment profile libraries are configured weldment profiles and are linked to data in a database which is used for DSTV CNC. There are also DSTV CNC Profiles which are suitable for DSTV CNC export which have radiused corners removed.

Welded Members are items that are fabricated and shipped as a welded unit, they can be sections weldeded together, plates welded together and or a combination of both. In most instances, they are sections with plates such as beams, columns, and rafters, but other items where sections form most of the welded member might be Frames, Trusses etc.

Part Libraries consist of Plates, Sections, Fasteners, Vendor Supplied items and Driving sketch components. Driving sketch components are components with many sketches which are used to drive models parametrically as everything is attached to them.

Bolted Connection libraries consist of Fin (Shear Tab), End (Moment), Base, Brace, Girt, Purlin, Fascia, Joist etc. Each Connection is unique in that it is designed to suit its job. For instance a Base Connection will function completely differently to a Fin Connection. Connections consist of plates, sections, fasteners and holes.
